Train With Us

GROUP PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Coach-led strength and conditioning designed to help you move better, get stronger and build real athletic capacity.

Our group sessions combine strength, power, movement, conditioning and mobility within progressive training phases—bringing the ShyftX Method into a motivating community environment.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Performance training built around the demands of sport.

We develop strength, speed, power, movement quality, coordination and conditioning to help athletes become more complete and resilient. Training is progressed based on age, experience, sport demands and individual needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Individualized coaching for athletes and adults who want a more personalized approach to performance.

One-on-one training allows us to assess your needs, define your goals and build a progressive training plan around you—with dedicated coaching, feedback and accountability throughout the process.

COMMUNITY & EVENTS

Training is only part of what we're building.

ShyftX at Replay brings people together through competitions, challenges, workshops, simulations and community events designed to push limits, create connection and make training something you want to be a part of.

LOOKING TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY?

“Our program had the opportunity to work closely with Coach Merissa, who spearheaded our entire strength and conditioning program for two years. She led the charge with innovation, utilizing very sport specific methods of training, coupled with data analytics research, methods, and implementation for our athletes. This was a difference maker in not only achieving greater levels of strength and speed, but also reducing/keeping our player injury to nothing. She is a process coach, and she understands the pace at which consistent training needs to happen for the best results across the board.”
